Coastal Breeze Mental Health provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and mental health services for adults. Services may be offered in person in California or via telehealth, subject to provider licensing and state law.

 

2. Medical Disclaimer

The content on our website (including blog posts and resources) is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from your licensed provider before making medical decisions.

 

3. Patient Responsibilities

By receiving services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information.

  • Follow the treatment plan discussed with your provider.

  • Use telehealth services only in private, safe, and secure settings.

  • Contact emergency services (911) if you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency.

 

4. Payment and Insurance

  • Patients are responsible for all fees not covered by insurance.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We reserve the right to update our fees and insurance participation at any time.

 

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

6. Telehealth Use

By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge that:

  • Technical issues may occur outside of our control.

  • Services are provided through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.

  • You must be physically located in a state where your provider is licensed (California).

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Coastal Breeze Mental Health is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of our website, delays or failures in telehealth technology, or reliance on non-clinical website content.

 

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
